To print one of these brochures from
Adobe Reader,
follow these steps:
Right-click the link for the desired brochure
and select "Save Link As" or "Save Target As" in the
context menu.
Save the file in any convenient folder on your computer.
Double-click the filename (ShortBrochure.pdf or LongBrochure.pdf)
in your file explorer to
open it in Adobe Reader or Acrobat.
Click File->Print Setup.
Select the desired printer and select Landscape
(rather than Portrait) printing orientation.
Click OK.
Click File->Print.
Uncheck the Auto-Rotate and Center checkbox and
set the Page Scaling control to None.
Set the Subset dropdown control to Odd Pages Only.
Click OK to print the first side(s) of the brochure.
When printing finishes, move the pages from the output
bin of your printer to the input (empty paper) bin. Do not
rotate the pages (this may take some experimentation to get
right).
Click File->Print.
Set the Subset dropdown control to Even Pages Only.
Click OK to print the second side(s) of the brochure.
Note: It can be tricky to print two-sided (duplex) brochures. If
you find a mistake in these instructions, or a way to make these
instructions clearer or simpler, please let us know and we will
