Many people have asked us whether NSR™ Meditation is
the same as Transcendental Meditation®. The answer is no. Considering all
the factors, we believe we're better (see our comparison page for details). But we realized that
it would be helpful for our visitors to have the following summary
of TM, to help them understand how NSR might be considered similar or
different.
TM® Has Many Benefits
Rather than our trying to describe the benefits of TM®, please read the

But TM® Is Expensive
The TM course fee for adults with under $50,000 income is $500; for greater, up to $960 (as of January, 2020; see https://www.tm.org/course-fee).
NSR™ Is Affordable!
The course fee for NSR is only $47 USD (lower for those in
financial need). Why? Because we want everyone to be
able to learn.

to teach yourself NSR at your own pace in your own home? Complete
